Character & look
With the tightest grain of any Portra emulsion, 160 renders skin with a soft, muted elegance and very low contrast. It is best in good light where its slower speed is not a handicap, rewarding shooters with clean enlargements and gentle, desaturated color.

Shooting & development tips
Give it plenty of light. In flat overcast conditions the low contrast can look muddy, so it shines in directional or studio lighting. Overexpose half a stop for extra creaminess.
